Refund policy

14-day refund window#

Ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask#

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To ask for a refund, either:

1. use the link in your receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net with your email, or
2. email [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your license#

Once the refund is processed, your license key stops working, usually within a day, and Hushtop goes back to Hushtop Lite on your Mac.

After 14 days#

Write to [email protected]. We look at each case, for example if Hushtop stopped working after a macOS update and we can’t fix it.

Chargebacks#

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is usually faster, and a charged-back purchase also deactivates the license.

Your rights#

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply.
